How that would warrant arrest is very unclear. I wonder if the police here even understand the boundaries of the bizarre law they’ve been forced to enforce.

It's about real estate. That's Trump's sweet spot. Rich people like real estate because you don't really need to know anything to make a dollar. Real estate isn't a product. People need homes and office space. (Yes, I have many opinions on this.)
