So, ymmv depending on typical factors, but you literally will have an easier time getting a mortgage on something from 80s-early 2000s than something built later for that reason.

So this will be too long to post, but in Australia for the last 25ish years we've seen a massive decline in quality of build due to there not being enough homes due to the massive ponzi scheme and tax benfits to home hoarding that is our property market.

Idk i feel like as someone who just draws their ocs including their pathfinder characters all day i didn't think the comment was all that cutting and it was on your personal blog? I feel like the original person cutting the screenshot has added some framing thats not there in the og text itself.

I feel like its a bit of a cramming a round pole in a square peg scenario of 'things to get mad at', cos i don't feel like this was written poorly enough to be misinterpreted unless you include the tone of the person screenshotting as the intended tone.
