A mix of an old F1 car and a smol tank. It's a fun juxtaposition of incompatible design philosophies.

The "weakspot" obviously being the exposed engine at the back; about 50% of the vehicle, and all the view from the rear is funny; whomever took the lead would always be wiped out :'D

Real martial arts? The previous edition of Cyberpunk (2020) had like a dozen martial arts, with specific moves I think.

Also Ninjas and Superspies.

Exalted has Streetfighter-ish martial arts. Oh, and there's an out-of-print Street Fighter RPG that's mostly easy to find if you look around.
