Last night turned into a 'oh shoot me' night pain-wise. Combined fibromyalgia, lupus, RA flare. With each twitch and jerk of muscles sent me spiraling deeper.

Which meant it was 2.30pm before I was with it again.

That in mind, I managed 3,422 words today

2 cups powdered milk. 1 cup cocoa powder 2 1/2 cups powdered milk 2 tsp cornstarch 1 tsp salt Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined. Store in an airtight container.  I use a spoonful in coffee to turn it into mocha coffee.
