I drove up 206 about an hour yesterday and then all around north Jersey and Sherill is even more invisible on the ground up there than she is down here.

I really hope I'm proven wrong, but this campaign seems to be sleepwalking into a disaster.

The TV ad war remains lopsided, with lots of Republican ads with clips of Sherrill that make her look clueless, elitist and/or corrupt. There's an occasional Dem attack about Ciatarelli wanting to raise taxes, but ... meh.

Football and baseball broadcasts are like 5-to-1 GOP ads too.

Still not feeling good about the Democratic campaign for governor here in New Jersey.

Yes, the last polls show Sherrill running between +8 and even, but remember in the last gubernatorial race the last polls had Murphy +8 and he only won by 3. It's already too close as it is and tightening.
