There is no legitimate reason to be using it, it is not a “necessary evil” piece of technology that you need in any sort of way.

Yeaah.

I have had to ask if I need test so many times because a nurse or doctor forgot to give me information despite us talking about it.

I need to ask my cardiologist for a stress test cuz I realized after I told him I had one .. it has been over a decade.

I highly recommend bringing a notebook or making a private chat to type everything in - including questions to ask.

I learned being disabled - sometimes even accidentally scheduling appointments over each other is easy...and I've forgotten my bloodwork before too.

So don't feel bad!

If you didn’t know, Alaska has been hit by a massive storm, causing severe flooding. Many Indigenous villages have been completely wiped out, with some houses floating away with PEOPLE INSIDE THEM. Please keep posting to spread the info. They need help.
