I can't say cold turkey because I did use the patch, which did help curb the cravings. The patch does say you can smoke while on it, but I never did! My MAGAt husband has been trying for about 10 years using the patch. He's still smoking while using it!!

You have to be in the right mindset to quit!

I quit cold turkey back in 04/01/2009 when they raised the price to over $4.00 a pack. I smoked for about 40 years. It was and still is hard whenever I smelled smoke, but I have not picked up a cigarette and won't ever again!!
