The thing that gets me about actors responding like this whenever they’re asking about JKR is that they always say “we need to learn to agree to disagree ^_^” as if trans people are the ones leading the campaign, when we’re just trying to live our lives while JKR posts about trans hate 24/7

My interpretation of the first part of the GLP case, is to get the EHRC and Phillipson to admit that their guidance/position is contrary to the 1998 HRA and ECHR.
If they claim that they’re not in contradiction, GLP’s second part basically says “Prove it!”

Addressing your letter about the loss of trans people’s human rights to the Joint Committee on Human Rights and the Women and Equalities Committee at least means they will take notice, and gives them useful arguments.
Sending it to the PM and Ministers would be a waste of time.

Trans people knew what Labour was about once we read the manifesto.

You can’t put diametrically opposed statements such as ‘trans people… deserve recognition and acceptance’ alongside ‘We will work to implement… the Cass Review’ in the same document.
One had to go, and now we know which one!
