The 178 max for GOP would be even less since red states would lose population size from all the poc & progressive whites moving too and therefore be alotted less seats during the next consensus & we’d get even more. Poc & progressive whites HAVE to move to swing states & blue states.

If this happened &dems flipped all the currently red district seats in safely blue states and more progressive swing states: AZ, GA, MI, NV, PA, WI, NH to blue, we’d secure a permanent 250 super majority &theyd be stuck w a 178 max. Poc & progressive whites HAVE to move to swing states& blue states.

Republicans can gerrymander flip 19 blue seats from red states into red, but blue states, if they go 10 toes down and essentially gerrymander all red voters into blue districts, could flip somewhere between 10-25 red seats from blue states to blue.

Poc and democrat whites need to all move out of southern states and dilute red areas in blue states so we can make up the gerrymandered number of seats in red states. That is the only way to fight this. Congressional wins are more important than presidential wins, that is what we have learned.

Roberts is saying that the court's own precedent from a couple of years ago, where it ruled that Alabama had to draw racial fair maps, doesn't apply to this (identical) case, essentially because the Alabama case was poorly argued.
It's a terrible argument, but the hill Roberts is gonna die on.

Republicans want to decide what you eat for breakfast, where you work, what you can watch on tv, what music you listen to, the logo of the restaurant you get takeout from, what advice your doctor can give you, the car you drive, the way you power your house etc. they want total control.

Yeah that’s why they’re doing that. Thats also why congress kept doing what Trump said. He told them he paid off the supreme court to basically give them their jobs for the rest of their lives without elections.

If they dont want to rep poc, poc dont need to live there. Move to blue states and move to red areas in blue states to dilute the red more for better gerrymandering on our democrats part. The people can still redraw the maps in blue states to outnumber red states.

If the supreme court hands the GOP everlasting power in the house, then I think poc should leave red states altogether. Let them find their own labor and figure out how to meet their income tax needs without us.

This Supreme Court case in Louisiana is about one thing, and one thing only: reinstituting Jim Crow by way of ensuring that Black Americans are taxed without receiving representation in Congress.

Everything else is noise and bluster.

This stolen Supreme Court is going to send us back to the 1860s.

I don’t think people are alarmed enough that Trump inserts himself into EVERY element of American life. Even ones that typically have absolutely nothing to do with politics. Like the NFL’s kickoff rules.
