I am a 62 y.o. living in New Hampshire with ties to Maine. Janet Mills has been a great governor.

All due respect to the Gov but this is a HUGE miscalculation.

There’s a time for every season. This Midterm Election season is the time for everybody over 70 to get out of the pool.

As a 75 year old Mainer, our family would rather she stayed out of the race. She is a great Governor and we vote blue, that’s not the issue though.
We need younger representatives in our state and that is why many democrats will throw their support behind Graham Platner!
Susan Collins is toast.

These decisions will demoralize the exact people they desperately need to be engaged and enthusiastic voters next year. They saw how effective having lots of young candidates was in 2008.

Yes, my 22yo granddaughter started supporting him early on. Youth are energized by this man who isn't afraid to say it like it is, whether it's oligarchs, Trump, workers' rights, health rights, Gaza, LGBTQ+. He has loads of support. Was so disappointed to see Mills run. A mentor role would be great!
