What’s the purpose of sharing major spoilers for a game that isn’t even out everywhere yet?

I’ve seen some spoilers for Pokemon but have evaded most, but I just know some folks have for sure had shit spoiled for them and it vexes me more than it should.

Tried the Ghost chocolate caramel protein bars because I generally like their products and it seemed like an obvious good choice.

It was not. These taste awful and the texture’s somehow damp and also gritty? What the hell.

Cannot recommend. Go with anything else.

I’m part of a Buy Nothing group - a fantastic thing in concept but sometimes a bit daffy in execution - and saw someone offer up a PS4 controller and Halloween decoration on the same post. Not too odd, except for how she phrased it.

Saw the new Pokemon game on my Switch’s Home Screen and got excited for a second until in was reminded it isn’t playable until later this week.

- me driving a collective 15-ish hours
- an attempt to go to Dutch Wonderland (rained out)
- a stop at the Cartoon Network hotel before it rebrands
- the Maryland Renaissance Festival
- good times
- busy times

Anyway, I need to sleep for a month.

Today included some unexpected healing from the lingering trauma that was 3 being hospitalized back in 2022 with RSV.

It’s like unclenching a bit after years of being in fight or flight.

This parenting stuff is a hell of a journey, but oh wow is every twist and turn worth it.
