Movement through this whole area is severely restricted and in some places, waters are still rising as the catchment drains to the waterways. In coastal areas this can be further aggravated by tidal patterns

No, he won't be nearly as bad as Luxon which makes him worse: he is an experienced politician and good speaker even if you don't like what he is saying.

He will present a lot more credibly than Luxon - not hard - and would represent a major upset to left hopes for #Election26...
