My kid’s school district is offering kids free dinner ($3.75/adult) a few nights a week.

So, the grossly underfunded schools are better at caring for their community than the govt we pay taxes to.

This is a beautiful new locker room at St Pius in Kansas City. They are a private religious school that accepts taxpayer vouchers for partial tuition.

Anyway, the kids at the public school down the road from me learn to run track when they go to track meets — they don’t have a track of their own.

My stepdad just told me “your field is ripe for harvest” and I said in the same sing-song way “my door will remain locked” and my nephew laughed which means I’m in some level of trouble now 😂
