AB 1043 does not apply to websites, meaning the technology is not currently available to adult sites who wish to block minors. While there is inherent privacy risk in all AV solutions, device-based solutions are more privacy preserving than the platform-based verification mandated in other states.

the only exception to the racing game exclusion is kirby air ride and it's bc it was the only game i played for literal years until i got my hands on a copy of okami in high school

- want to be able to dress them like sluts
- good but easy combat
- i can go at my own pace
- not a fighting game or side scroller or platformer or roguelike or military fps or top-down or racer or strategy game or
