no mention of the effect on local businesses outside the office districts that were doing just fine with more local customers in the residential areas

The fun part is that the wingman is specifically from a heretic sect that came to the conclusion that "wait, we're not going to heaven, so we should murder the people we DON'T want to spend eternity with, also since we're damned anyway we might as well get in on the hookers and blow lifestyle"

One of the wingmen in privateer 2 was from a cult that believed that the victims of murder go to heaven automatically, so they go around murdering people they deem good and worthy of heaven rather than taking a chance on judgement, knowing that they themselves are damned (because of the murders)
