Today is World Mental Health Day: I wish that everyone takes daily care of their mental health, and for those going through a rough patch, I wish strength and get well soon 🥰
Me, I'll continue taking my tablets which help a lot, and hope that I don't have a serious episode anytime soon 🙂

This is a lie.

There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

But this is an outright lie. Pure fabrication. A fraud on the public.

I re-read book 1, now that I have the entire trilogy in my hands to read in one long go.
Still an amazing book about colonialism, compromise, faith, love (in all shades) and sad realism.

Today was my "stab me!" day: 5 injections 😶
(2 vaccines, 1 targeted therapy, 2 hormonal therapy)
I think I'm excused for feeling a bit crap (plus hating the strong wind noise outside...)
