Bluesky has been inundated with scammers. I've had three confirmed scammers and I'm certain there were more before I removed them and blocked all DMs. MAGA? Foreign? Boys who need real jobs? Who knows.

Here is just a reminder for those of us pure at heart who tend to let their guard down.

Trump and Vought are now breaking both sides of spending law. They’re illegally not spending where the law requires them to spend, and they’re illegally spending where they don’t have the money to spend.

What we have is an appropriations king.

Spending “deals” are meaningless under that setup.

This regime is not really concerned about the people's wishes or their quality of life - so long as it has "bodies" available to throw at the front lines during some future war.

I'd argue that dumbing down our healthcare system, based on junk science, is the real national security threat.

Let's also keep in mind, Repubs had no problem using the budget reconciliation process to pass the big fugly bill on a simple majority vote.

When natnl guard from one state are sent to another (unsolicited by Gov), it is pitting one state against another!

I'm not going to be too rough on the guardsmen though.They have no say in assignment & are patriotic weekend warriors. That said, they have a reponsibilty dissent from unlawful orders.
