🌹like Tron may not be cyberpunk visual but PHILOSOPHICALLY it is such a clear progenitor of it, SO much of Tron is about the dying days of personal freedom to compute that's why the main conflict is about the MCP of this huge corporation taking power away from the individual

🟠I get too that's a lot of contextual qualifiers, like if you just wanta take Tron as a movie it's kind of choppy and the action is more than a little clunky, like even as a fantasy adventure it's not as polished as it's contemporaries, like War Games is the digestible Tron
