Successfully figured out not only how to change up the template Pandoc uses for making Docx documents, but *~also~* how to actually get Pandoc to use said template!

(So now its MLA format output starts that much closer to what someone steeped in MLA would expect, with me doing fewer manual fixes.)

Increasingly I think the claim "we live in a post-truth reality" is instead an attempt to make sense of how we seem to be living in a post-accountability reality.

If & when the 1% and other "leadership" start encountering meaningful consequences, the "post-truth" claims will likely wither away.

Mohamed Abdou was deported for his teaching about Gaza…and he was a prof AT COLUMBIA! But he was queer, Muslim, brown & untenured. Do only white straight tenured profs get sympathy?
