I only drove over once, back in 2013 and got pulled for inspection.

The Canadian guy couldn’t have been nicer. The US guys treated me like a lowlife.

I am thankful for US pre-clearance from Ireland. It is a relatively nice experience.

IT is a real test of patience. Even in 2025 when building a new VM with 16 vCPU, 32GB Memory & tier 1 storage just getting the September Updates installed takes such a long time. I know they moved to cumulative updates but it feels like the slowness predates that. It has been this way since 2016.

Every week when I check Apple Podcasts to see if the new episode has reached there yet, I feel enraged that they purged the reviews multiple times.

A podcast that has been consistently uploaded every week since January 2018 only shows 4 reviews because they delete ratings and reviews willy nilly.

I seem to recall Stat Counter had some quirky data in Q4 last year too.

Wonder if there is thinking that Win7 is somehow safer than Windows 10 will be after end of support because the marker share is so much lower.
