Federal Judge Jeffrey Cummings has found that ICE agents violated the terms of a consent decree by detaining people without proper warrants. He ruled that as of this week ICE must wear body cams at all times and can face arrest and contempt proceedings if they conduct unlawful, warrantless arrests.

What can someone do to force this issue? What would Trump do? Sadly, we have to sink to his level in the face of outrageous dishonesty. If we’d taken a harder stance about Obama’s Supreme Court nomination we may very well not be where we are now with a racist king-loving Supreme Court.
