What the VW ID Buzz *had* back in the day was vibes and style

The production version lost that and ended up being very spendy

PW3 has a 10kw inverter built in it's so clean and tidy

Can cope with 20kw or solar and run your whole house if the power goes out

Genuine solid product, when I looked nothing else in range would cope with 11kw of backup

To sum up we're likely spending ~$700m per ferry to get worse ferries than the two we ordered for $550m total

Reserve Bank to loosen mortgage lending rules
Loan-to-value ratio (LVR) restrictions on mortgage lending will be loosened from December, the Reserve Bank says.

From 1 December, the share of new lending to owner-occupiers allowed by retail banks, with an LVR above 80%, will rise to 25%, up from 20%.

For property investors, the share of new lending allowed with a LVR above 70% will increase to 10%, up from 5%.
