For anyone curious about me, this is my current big plant project.

It's an 18x18x24 ExoTerra tropical terrarium (vivarium) for my ferns and micro-orchids, started in November 2022.

Something maybe worth noting is that all the frog costumes and signs and good-natured memeing came about because a wide spectrum of Americans saw someone in direct, brave confrontation with ICE—getting pepperballed and standing their ground—and thought “that’s awesome. That person is a hero”

The dome light stand is very heavy and the little table I have my tank on is very... not stable.

If this goes terribly wrong and my glass tank full of water goes crashing to the ground, I swear to god.

I dont talk nearly enough about my Trisetella strumosa mini orchid, but she's one of my favorites. The way she's hung on with me all this time and is looking healthier than ever. 🤌

Bought some anubias, dwarf hairgrass, and duckweed for the waterfall tank.

Trying to fill it in a bit more with plants.

Also got a stand for a dome light I had lying around, so I can get some stronger light on it.

Had a little chunk of cherry wood, so I started carving a whale without using a reference photo. Should have used a reference photo. 😅

Gonna try to fix his tail a bit more, idk. He kinda looks like a snail rn... ?
