I have read in several places this morning that the Victorian Liberals intend to scrap the ALREADY SIGNED treaty between Victoria's Aboriginal people and the government of that state if they form government next election and we now need to make sure they are never elected again.

I think that is wise. Unfortunately women will be participants and yes it is disturbing. I deal with it by thinking most people are not like this, and defiance to the abuser, it is my day and it is safe.

As in lifelong trauma for victims. Catastrophic sounds like a lot until you are in therapy working out how walking down the street feels like some complicated am I going to just collapse or stop breathing. Yeah, being abused as a child can collapse any sense of safety in your world.
