Good morning! I'm proud to say this map is nowhere near done!

But when it IS completed, this behemoth will be free/pay what you want in my Kofi store. Hopefully that'll make up for the fact that I didn't have a map inside my books.

I hate the social media aspect of being an author.

I want to leave X now that it's almost completely useless to me. Threads and Insta were too Facebook adjacent. Tiktok was an ASD nightmare.

Now I'm hearing people are moving to Mastodon, but I'm too exhausted by the Internet to bother googling it.

My Sigils books are science fantasy in their own world, but they are heavily inspired by the tech level of 1910s America.

All games are made from materials that would have been available at the time. "Pocks" uses wood and glass marbles.

I have many of antagonists.

For the most part Thalia thinks of them as selfish and cruel dandies, although she has reason to legitimately fear them.

For the villains, Thalia is a dangerous, uncouth, pagan showgirl.

Not a kinky scenario, but one that starts off a blackmailed relationship between my MC and Alderius.

See, my MC's boss is an abolitionist crime lord and Alderius is a knight. Bringing him into her domain put him in chains and a deal made over his life.

I do that a lot. Other times I'm just daydreaming about a section of story I've already written. Then I go, "Oh!" and write down what I want to fix.

Because I play my stories on repeat in my head, I'm sometimes able to retain what edits I want to make without writing anything down.

Sometimes I write things without descriptors. Then, as the story progresses and I visualize things better, I return to the prior chapter and write like it's all new flowing in.
