In 1894, Gilbert Clifford Noble became a partner at a New York bookstore where he’d worked as a clerk. In 1917, he entered into a partnership with William Barnes, and their flagship store soon got a name: Barnes & Noble.

Many many little 10 gram tins of lip balms stacked together. They have black and white labels, saying Luxury Tasmanian Made, Veronica Foale Essentials, Peach Lip Balm. 10g. Ing. Olive Oil, Cocoa Butter, Tasmanian Beeswax, Flavour, Mica. There are a few varieties pictured. Greenish blue lip balm in little 10g aluminium tins. This one is eucalyptus flavoured. Top down photos of very orange lip balms in little tins. This one is orange flavoured. (Surprise!)

Our town of Elgin, Texas added some street art... and started the project the same day our dictator/governor forbade political art on public streets. (Taking aim at rainbow crosswalks.) Who knows how long ours will remain, so Barry took me to see it. #art

My sister found a dog who was apparently abandoned near her home. She has animals and can't afford another one. This girl is sweet and knows how to sit. All of the agencies in San Antonio are at capacity and cannot take her in. It's just tragic out there.
