I think you're missing a "great-", but I'm spouting off from memory (IIRC R. Shulem's father, Eluzer who died young - probably in the Warsaw Uprising of 1794 - was b. Shmelka b. Moshe b. Elazar of Amsterdam)

In reality (and even said late rabbi would concede that this is true, just not The explanation), the Rokach rabbinic family - which ranged from Krakow to Berdichev to Vilna before the Holocaust - are descendants of R. Elazar (né Margulies) of Amsterdam, who named his sefer מעשה רוקח

My own group's rabbinical dynasty is called Rokach/Rokeach, meaning apothecary/pharmacist/herbal compound, which is used in Hebrew puns everywhere but thankfully not in logos
