This art is so cool. Can I get a gallon of that motor oil? Thanks in advance
Please go to therapy if you can, and don’t use “AI” as a therapist
I’ve heard that fairly often so that’s why I usually aim for. I’m just wondering if the diet advice they give in the article takes lifters into account at all, or if it’s just based on generic fitness levels.
All my fellow queer lifters, give this article a read just in case your regular protein is on this list. I’m probably going to avoid buying Muscle Milk from now on.
my latest investigation for @consumerreports.org is based on months of reporting and 60+ lab tests of leading protein supplements

we found that most protein powders and shakes have more lead in one serving than our experts say is safe to have in a day (🧵)

Protein Powders and Shakes Contain High Levels of Lead - Consumer Reports
CR tests of 23 popular protein powders and shakes found that most contain high levels of lead.

I wonder if there are commercially available lab testing cause I’d love to find out if my regular protein has any lead in it. Also, they mention a lot that the average person doesn’t need that much protein, but is there any diet assessment for bodybuilders on that?

whenever i encounter people who say they can't understand shakespeare verses I always send them this clip from the 2019 Shakespeare in the Park production of Much Ado About Nothing
Nothing feeds the fire in my soul and my imagination like a new chapter of @thewanderinginn.bsky.social. Goddamn that last chapter was good.
Great job on the progress! Looking good!
I have a thing with my leather fam where I watch gay movies that I missed out on seeing earlier in my life. So far I’ve got:
Steel Magnolias
The Birdcage
To Wong Foo: Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar

Next on the list is Priscilla Queen of the Desert. Anyone else have suggestions?

A big buff doggie who deserves a treat
I know Upper/Lower split is the “correct” way to go but I miss Bro Splits. I might go back to it so I can do those Chest Days again
Damn, I wish I had that kind of libido, that sounds hot!
Big dogs deserve big belly rubs
You’ll taste it if you ever put too much bay leaf in something, I know from experience

Yeah, everyone who asks me this is getting an honest answer because I might be out of work in a week or two 😩
Not gonna lie, I’d love for people to stop asking “how are you doing?” I know the intention is good, but it’s such a loaded question. The answer is “not great, shitty, tired, and stressed.” If you see me, ask me about anything else (not the job hunt), you’ll be able to tell if I’m OK.

Love y’all.
