I am a public servant from a family of service. I look at these people and I do not relate. I do not find in me anything that would compel or allow this behavior. It is 100% incompatible with public service in America.

A grown man kneeling on the neck of a 15 year old girl (one who also wasn’t resisting) is beyond the pale-an act indefensible under any circumstance.
