(they/she) Average social science doer, DIYer, cat lady, and occasional poster of frustrated local politics comments. Some know me as a digital public archaeologist. Personal account. Very tired, as portrayed by Muffin the foster cat.

Alarming criminalization of green card holder based on "Antifa Materials" - another attempt to silence dissent and target people critical of this administration

Release Des and the Prairieland Defendants!
(they usually don't live the inside the house as far as I've seen but still)
Indeed my point was also that a lot of Muslim people and people countries governed supposedly according to that tradition keep dogs as pets!
If I can offer anything, cat supplies for example, please do hmu, I'm doing okay and would be happy to
I am glad for spirits rising, hope being grasped, humane ideas becoming less marginalized, but i have never been a person who gushes over someone who does a really good job interview, even if their job duties impact my life. Not when Obama played that role as a candidate and certainly not now.

Tonight is many things, but it is among other things, vindication for Lindsey, for being brave and speaking up about Cuomo's abuse towards her and other women.
I’m very superstitious of election night, but not today.
Also the total lack of cross cultural experience
The degree of racism and religious bigotry is truly absurd
I knew of course but "dogs are banned because the Muslims find them offensive" still got me slack jawed
I usually say I support queer people without caveats but this guy is the exception that makes the rule
I will try! It was fine previously but I am skeptical it made it yhru that last month of summer heat, frankly I think that site may not be doable and a whole new tree not in hellsttip may be necessary
As if to say, made of puff pastry

I cannot say for sure when the neighbors' trees fruit but I know there are at least two within a half block, and 1 directly across the street that fruits in early season
He has a theory that he might be able to graft one onto my sad but established rootstock that I left in the ground after removing the unfortunate jonagold fungus situation but I suspect he shan't make it here to try it in reality
Remember to drop off ur ballots people (me also)
He talked about ashmeads kernel at length
That friend i connected you with in the other app has been nerding out about grafting for a couple years and I bet has an opinion, we just did their annual cider press a few weeks ago

Teen Vogue took young people seriously. It's impossible to overstate how important, how rare, and how profoundly needed that is.
Internet archive can be used for this right now by anyone
The complexes in far North Portland and their community center and garden plots are pretty cool imo

"Why don't people support welfare programs?"

Racism. More specifically, anti-Blackness.

White folks asked about who welfare serves overestimate the number of Black people on welfare. Not only that, but just the mere THOUGHT of who welfare supports led less white people to support it. #blacksky
