I grabbed the first volume of Superman vs Meshi(2023) on a whim because I really liked the novel idea of Superman being obsessed with food. Unfortunately, unlike Superman's infatuation with Japanese chain restaurants, I don't think I'll be coming back for more. It's good, but I've had my fill.

Stories from Sol: The Gun-Dog(2025) is a sci-fi visual novel that won me over last year when I played the demo. The story is short, but I found myself enjoying it very much. With 2 1/2 playthroughs (I ran the last chapter of the game through by itself once) I can very easily recommend this one!

Nosferatu the Vampyre(1979) is a movie where Klaus Kinsky plays Dracula. It's bonkers in that way that only a Wener Herzog film could be. Recommended!

Drop(2009) is a movie about how cool Japanese delinquents are. They start fights and fumble girls. Then they either skip high school or get expelled on day one. If you're into hot blooded dumbass youths, check it out!

Grim Fandango Remastered(2015) is the finest adventure game I have ever had the pleasure of playing. You're Manny Calavera, a grim reaper travel agent caught up in a conspiracy to steal golden tickets to heaven from the deserving souls who earned them. Very much recommended!

Mouthwashing(2024) is an incredible game. A psychological horror game about responsibility and those that refuse to take it (or in some cases even seem incapable of comprehending what they should take responsibility for). Very dark and disturbing story. Recommended!

Seven(1995) is a movie that really needs no introduction. It's one of those movies that you used to just come across on cable and watch no matter where it was in it's runtime. Very graphic and dark, with lots of messed up moments. Check it out if you're into that kind of stuff!

The Toxic Avenger Unrated(2023) is way better than I thought it was gonna be. Every bit as goofy and gorey as the original. Takes what it needs without worrying about being too faithful to the original. However there's a few stretches where I found myself losing interest. Consider checking it out.
