Your point is well-taken.

But there is now one country where Davis (and those with him) wanted there to be two.

There is no legal slavery in any state.

They stopped shooting at us in ranks and files.

A through line is not the same thing as a country. The Confederacy was beaten. And will be again
They couldn't respond because they were indicted.

And there you have it. These strikes are clearly not legal. Pete will push commanders aside until he finds one who won’t question these extrajudicial killings. #SOUTHCOM

Unlike the Comey and James indictments, which were bullshit on their face, this case looks real and substantial. We'll have to see the actual evidence before we can assess how it may come out.

But no matter how it comes out, it's still an outrage. Not so much because it was brought ...
Happening now: DOJ has charged John Bolton, a former national security adviser to President Donald Trump who became one of his fiercest critics, for his mishandling classified material.

... (as with Comey and James), but because the man who almost certainly caused it to be brought—Donald Trump—should himself be in prison (and certainly not the White House) for his very own violations of the Espionage Act (and obstructing the investigation into those crimes).
And when JD Vance excuses it, it tells us more about him than it does about them.
I bet his mortgage is in perfect shape too (or he would have been indicted by now).
Who has influence over Trump?

Who was the last person to talk to him.

(And all the world leaders know this.)
Where is the $40 Billion coming from? I am hearing a lot about the amount, a lot about the destination, a lot about the timing, and nothing about where he's getting it. Isn't that just as important, or maybe more important, than those other things?
I hear The Comedy Channel agreed to sign it.

Hi, county chair of a Democratic Party here.

This is a sign of a weak party. I am in a county of 750k and we're lucky to get a few hundred dollars a month.

The DNC and state party shift costs and burdens to us.

Donate to your local party, not just candidates.

Thank you, Quanta Magazine. Reading this now. I am so into this topic.

Mathematicians have recently made strides toward understanding the behavior of ocean waves, a topic that has entranced scholars since ancient Greece. Now, a team of Italian researchers has proved a major conjecture about when waves die and when they don’t.

The math of even the simplest ocean waves is notoriously uncooperative. A team of Italian mathematicians has made major advances toward understanding it.

Also, he just summarized what this whole shutdown is really about.
You don't even have to do satire anymore.
We're going to see negative outcomes from this. The hardest hit will be the weakest and most innocent.

All for a political transaction.
Did they make an MST3K version of it? That would be easier to endure.
At least now we know what stand back and stand by means.
Biden yes, but with Blinken, and a team of hard-working civil servants at State.
