I saw people who were sour on the preview for this comic because they saw it as dunking on Krakoa, and I'm just... okay? I get if fans don't like an era they like getting crashed, but I don't particularly consider Krakoa a sacred cow or anything.

When I get around to the Deathstroke storyline, my impression is that it was considered a lingering thread from Dark Crisis, so someone was going to pull on it eventually.

I recently learned that there was a deleted scene which explains why that reporter suddenly disappears from the plot. It's because once the villain takes the Mask, he tosses her into a printing press that prints her own obituary with her blood.

...I kind of get why it was cut.
