Real talk.

I know there are official/unofficial jailbreaks for all the Analogue console hardware.

But the Open source cores are FAR surpassing the utility of the Analogue cores running on the same FPGA chips as the open source hardware.

So... what are the full hardware jailbreaks?

Modding note if you want to try a project like this using the @8bitdo.bsky.social Wireless Nes kit. You will need to dremel the corner near the securing screw post on the Bluetooth module on the PCB for this to fit, up to the module.

While heavy, passes the contra test.

The most valuable thing I learned from this was to remove barriers that increase the time it takes to iterate on failed designs.

Our current design would have saved us at least 8 months of just waiting.

Here’s a BTS talking about how we cut the iteration time down to 3-4 days.
