Peloton too. And it's raining. What am I supposed to do, read a book or summink?
Why is the BBC using this article with footballer Jonjo Shelvey as a conduit to promote his (sorry, Jonjo) vastly misinformed views that are just parroting of online far-right conspiracy theories over "London being finished" or "go to London and get mugged or stabbed"?

I put out the fourth album (imaginatively titled "IV) of my solo shoegaze/ambient project, Morning in Akarmara, today.

You'll be able to find it across all the usual music streaming services shortly, though head on over to Bandcamp if you fancy a listen.

'If Autofiction dealt in the directness of photography, Antidepressants is – like Francis Bacon’s portraits – a no less truthful recreation of emotion and experience through distortion and dramatisation.'

Popped into London to see this guy live last night. Kevin Kaarl, an indie/folk singer songwriter from Chihuahua, Mexico.

I first heard him on a taxi radio in Oaxaca, Mexico a few years ago.

Lovely to see London's Hispanic community sing along and hang off every word. 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
Wow, link spammers sharing Google Drive links with a list of link targets directly to my business email with aggressive messaging.

Not new I'm sure, but poor form...

A timely reminder of genuine British patriotism
To my overseas friends: this is NOT who were are in the UK and we love you.
you probably should mention it’s a far-right rally in the headline
I forgot about the 404 page on my website. Punchline not written by AI.
I recently sat down with Elisabeth Mayr on her brilliant Freelance Blueprint podcast to discuss my background and journey into the SEO industry and how I've built my business as an independent SEO consultant.

Inevitable AI search chat too of course.....

Felt special getting a #Radiohead unlock code for tickets, but then realised shortly after that all my friends who entered did as well.

Bring on the Friday scramble.
Back in the ancestral homeland. View from a treehouse retreat on the family farm at dusk.

Hafod Estate, Ceredigion, Wales.

That or Lothlorien.
Sooo much good stuff here in this episode about what makes our great capital so amazing and what it is about it that triggers so many online hard right edgelords.
"London lives rent free in their heads as it's living proof of how completely wrong their politics is - they 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 to lie about it!"

As the far-right push a thinly veiled anti-immigrant narrative by branding London a "crime-ridden hellhole" - Jon and Lewis push back.
I may or may not have won this league a couple of years ago and it's definitely something I don't remind myself and others about on a regular basis.
