None of these options seem to be incorrect.

I hadn't realised, till reading the below, that the word antisemitism was coined fairly recently by an anti-Jewish racist. Seems weird that it's still in use.

What people talk about when they talk about antisemitism
Its meaning has changed markedly over the past 150 years

I did grow up thinking that "Mothering Sunday" was somehow a swear.
It's what my dad would say when he, for example, hit his thumb with a hammer and just about caught himself in time.

Had a lovely morning touring the new sewage treatment works, Clayton West.
Artificial wetlands designed to treat stormwater overflow discharges, managed by Yorkshire Water at Clayton West. A sign reads "Danger Deep Water" Rows of recently planted vegetation to help clean sewage before discharge to the Dearne. Red flax and other wildflowers. Open pool and reedbeds beyond, with flock of geese coming in to land in the middle distance

Taking a lot of inspo from this thread, but I think this is my favourite. That jaguar did not die in vain.

Mr Colombia is the first of our LOOK AT MY TITS contestants, but very much not the last. He looks slightly annoyed, but I cannot fault the combination of the maximum amount of skin on show but also the maximum amount of costume.

The trick to taking heron photos is to have a fish pond.

We used to have a fish pond.

Then the heron found it.

Now we have a pond.

I'm just back from a first trip to the International Crisp Festival at a local pub - all potato, from all corners of the globe.
Another pub is holding the fringe festival, for non-potato snacks.
These distinctions are important.

First outing to the International Crisp Festival, in order of preference:
Salt and Cretan herbs (Spain)
Wagyu beef and honey mustard (UK)
Cumin lamb skewers (China)

It's Monday. Have some flamingos.
10 flamingos in the water. A flamingo stepping through the water. Flying flamingo. Flamingos. Dozens of them.

I remember poring over the first Nemesis strips when I was 7 or so. There’s a lot to be said for parents not vetting their kids’ reading.

Heh. That doesn’t actually sound like too implausible a project now.

Enjoyed this memoir by our local wildlife volunteer/vigilante, whom I've met a couple of times after reporting dead badgers in the lane. Odd, obsessive and kind of heroic.
