I hadn't realised, till reading the below, that the word antisemitism was coined fairly recently by an anti-Jewish racist. Seems weird that it's still in use.

Worth remembering that just a few years before Cop21, Johnson was still in full-on denial mode and merrily endorsing loopers like Piers Corbyn in his columns.

Just looking up what Boris Johnson said for COP21 in Glasgow. Felt almost nostalgic.

The tone and content feel like something from another century, not just four years ago.

Incredible how much things have changed in UK politics in just four years.

I did grow up thinking that "Mothering Sunday" was somehow a swear.

Enjoyed this memoir by our local wildlife volunteer/vigilante, whom I've met a couple of times after reporting dead badgers in the lane. Odd, obsessive and kind of heroic.
