#848 - #845. It's very hard to differentiate when a Toxel is rocking out or throwing a tantrum. Differentiating between amped and low-key is much easier, however.
Amped Toxtricity are more likely to provide vocals for a song, even if they don't sound that good. #frogcroaksart #lemmydex #pokemon

If I can also be honest about this I feel like there's a lot of victim blaming when it comes to dog attacks in particular. Yes you should respect an animal's personal space & if it's giving warnings that it's stressed but even so you should be able to walk out of such interactions w your face intact
