If the government billed an ID system as "one simple way to access all online government services" it might sound more appealing.

Instead, they lie that it will fix immigration, and so of course people are suspicious about the motives.

And it would have been shit with AI. We had some pretty clever people writing in PCW, sometimes extremely technical stuff.

Every time I search now there's an AI answer, with a warning that it may contain mistakes.

Imagine "this magazine may be full of errors" on the masthead!

That thing you call content is art, and exists because someone chose to make it. It's not an adjunct to your marketing and engagement plans.
