Oh, that would be really neat! There's a couple mods I use that have voices associated with them, but I just have the options completely turned off because hearing them that consistently with rotation... Oh, I don't think so. :') So a mod that makes it inconsistent like that would be so, so cool!

The one stop easy thought I have would be a checkbox solution where if you have it on, any summons you have that have voice lines would do them. Keeps the voice thing down to a minimum in terms of space. The downside is no real deep options on choosing specific ones to keep or silence.

in Star Wars Ep 4 in that he's kind of a nobody who knows absolutely nothing about the greater, grander world. Him asking questions and people explaining the bigger world helps provide the context of the outer world to the player.

So like... I get it? But also, he's sure not there for no reason 😂

I was watching someone play 12 at some point and they laughed when Balthier was like "I'm the main character" and as the story progressed they pointed out how, yes, sure Vaan isn't necessarily all that intrinsically tied to the core plot, but he serves the very important purpose of being like Luke
