Yes, I've been to a suburban pond where mustelids decimated the remnant turtle population. It's more upsetting when it's in a more anthropogenic setting that results in less balance to their predatory ways.

Participated in the AeroVax trial this morning! Phase 2 clinical trial for an inhaled COVID vaccine. It's double-blind so I won't know until it's published whether I've had the placebo or not. I'll be getting my regular dose in 8 weeks to be sure 🙂

Do you know if the permits/approvals the developer obtained included one from MECP for species at risk bats? I have clients removing far, far fewer trees who require an Endangered Species Act permit to do so.
