One reason why I'm talking so much about this menopause nightmare is because gyn care is at such an abysmal level and has not improved the way other medical fields have.
Also, we weren't even taught about things like pregnancy well enough in school, much less menopause.
There's still a stigma.

Friends who are/have experienced (Peri)Menopause fatigue, was there anything that helped with this symptom?
I've had chronic fatigue since I was a preteen, this extra extreme fatigue is really kicking my butt.
