had an appointment in Arlington so I also stopped by the central library to get a library card and it’s so great! You can check out tools and other useful objects and they have a whole maker space with 3-D printers and crafting tools and stuff I always need but don’t want to buy!

I frequently say you don't need to protest. You don't! There are a thousand other ways to push back on fascism if protesting doesn't feel comfortable or safe for you!

But if you CAN go, this 10/18 #NoKings thing is really a key protest to participate in. Be part of it, friends.

there's a military families rally planned at the capitol wednesday morning. I can't imagine this looks particularly great for Johnson under any circumstances, but if that money isn't in those accounts it's going to be a press frenzy too

it is wild how many news outlets are acting like this is a done deal based on nothing but a Truth social post and zero follow up on how it's being done, but then again i guess all the reputable outlets (and some that aren't) are currently being actively snubbed by the pentagon
