But no for real I think its a good idea. Set a rule where i just am not allowed to be messy and see what happens and how it makes me think more.

I've always been a messy sketcher. I don't approach art with clarity of what I'm looking to draw, and digital lets me get away with that "thinking out loud" method - but I always wish my art was cleaner.

May be worth trying using traditional to force myself to slow down VS embracing the mess 😅

traditional sketching is slowly repairing the damage that social media has done to my patience and attention span lol. having to be a bit more careful and purposeful with my strokes is such a nice change of pace and i'd forgotten how cathartic it can be.
