I agree with you. It isn’t “cool” to speak negatively about RBG, but the warped court is her legacy *even if* she didn’t intend it. Biden and Kamala, too, and all the Dem leaders who prioritized their personal political careers over having an open, meaningful primary.

Helpful hint for lawyers: take certain always-incorrect words out of your computer’s dictionary. After seeing someone put “pubic” instead of “public” in a filing (not me!), I removed the former from my dictionary altogether.

He literally linked to the NYT article citing Harris’ leading super PAC (Future Forward) analysis that it moved the needle 2.7 percentage points in favor of Trump. Future Forward is not Trump. It was also obvious how powerful it was to anyone paying attention.

You say there’s no real evidence but he cited the evidence right there in the article. Trump killed us on trans, inflation and immigration. The far left never tried to win anyone to their unpopular causes. They’re ok with losing elections because reinforces their snotty cynicism.
