of course, you make a good point. I agree it came to the correct conclusion but the way it responded by following on talking about non-applicable popup blockers makes it feel less like it was indicating a lack of the capability and more like it was indicating a lack of information of the capability.

yeah, I'm talking about imparting to the user an understanding of the capabilities that the chatbot can interface with. that it seems difficult to do this over that chat interface itself

those are the things these chat based interfaces are particularly hard at having.

something about how you have to query the system just to know what it is capable of and even then you can't be sure the output is correct or complete because you might have asked wrong.
