My toddler has that age that you can enrol her for prep at age 4 or 5. I’ve chosen 4 and I’m going to a parents night tonight at the school she’s enrolled in. She’s still in nappies on some days 🫣

Yep! I’ve already read her 10 of them 😵‍💫 There’s little I can get her to focus on for very long, but reading to her definitely keeps her interest as long as giant floor puzzles and the playground lol.

There’s so many things that help with ADHD overwhelm, but nothing helps like playing a game that gives you a lot of joy. Regulating mood is essential with ADHD, and finding ways to do that is one of the tricks to managing ADHD. It’s not always possible, however.
