Celia looked around the foyer. From the amount of full garbage bags she could tell Hunter wasn’t wasting any time. “Where should we start?”
“I’ve been picking up the obvious trash. The moth-eaten clothes and carpets, trash left by vandals, that sort of thing. I put some stuff in the dining room that I think could be worth keeping or selling. The furniture is all solid wood, and heavy, so it’s all left in place.” He led Celia and Ness to the left of the front door, through a set of dark double doors.
“Wow, Hunter. This table is exquisite.” Celia stared at the long table, surrounded by twenty tall-backed dining chairs. The surface was covered in stacks of dishes and glassware, oil lamps, ashtrays, and other small items. She marvelled at the crystal chandelier hanging above the colourful mess. It was beautiful despite the years of cobwebs and dust.
“I want to keep that for sure, and the chandelier.”

For those who don't know:

What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
