Very likely wouldn’t have become friends with my wife without it and therefore is responsible for basically everything good in my life right now including my kids. Weird since Facebook is also responsible for so much evil but there you go.

Has anything great happened in your life because of social media?

It’s a wild film. I can’t really recommend watching them but I think the two tv interview specials he did to retain the film rights are fascinating just because they’re so weird

I got to see Mould about 10 or 11 years ago at the Magic Stick in Detroit and it was great too

Bought a few Bob Mould CDs at the dead media day at the library today and the guy said he got to see Bob Mould during the Workbook tour at the Nectarine Ballroom (now know as Necto) and got to meet him and ahhhh that would have been great. I should look up what it used to look like

I've extracted the 3D models for all 145 NPCs that exist in the Quest 64 ROM data, and I've put them into a tidy little .zip file of named .fbx models with their memory addresses labeled!

Just the geo for now; hopefully animations & textures in the future.

Grab it here: archive.org/details/Ques...

It was developed by inScape, who made a few other interesting adventure games like the one they designed with The Residents. Also TIL inScape is short for "inner landscapes" and possibly the most 90s multimedia ass name ever

More folks should check out The Dark Eye, an adventure game from 1995. The game uses stop motion animation to tell stories by Edgar Allen Poe and features narration by William S Burroughs. Playable in ScummVM too!

Salvation Army seen feeding ICE today. For anyone who doesn't already know about their bigotry, here is more, No need to give them your money this Christmas, or ever.

It’s dinner time for the police. Appears to be pizza from a Salvation Army van.

Broadview’s “free speech” curfew starts soon, at 6pm.

My favorite thing about everyone pointing out that Jared Leto was in flops for two Disney properties is that everyone keeps forgetting about him having a minor role in 2023’s Haunted Mansion, which also flopped

See this is what happens when you don’t count the 2003 video game Tron 2.0 as canon

I also agree with this. I just do not vibe with the look of Legacy or the new movie at all

No but I wonder if they figured “well people were buying these. Maybe the fandom is big enough now?”

I don’t know 🤷
