Finally watching Fantastic Four. The funniest bit to me is when they need to evacuate downtown Manhattan and everyone chooses to go underground rather than just go to New Jersey.

I'm sorry. It is hard, and it sucks and being sad is an appropriate response.

I wish I had an easy solution to offer. The best I can do is say that nothing is forever, and many of us are doing what we can to make things better.

I know that isn't going to take the sad away. But I hope it helps.

Spouse managed to syringe feed him some wet food, but he's still not interested in feeding himself and he's very low energy after 12 hours, when he's usually bounced back in 2-3 hours

So we're sleeping in shifts & will be taking him back to emerg if he's still not interested in food in the morning

Emerg trip occurred, cat has pooped and consumed water but the poor little dude still hasn't eaten 😭 checking on him every 15-20 minutes and praying he'll eat soon so we don't have to take him back in
